Static Web page refers to those web pages that exhibit the similar information for all users, from all contexts. It provides the classical hypertext, where navigation is executed through "static" documents.

A static website includes a set of correlated HTML pages and files hosted on a computer running a web server. The ultimate content of a static web page is determined by the page designer and doesn't change when the page is requested. Though the content may be uploaded from time to time by the web designer, the content does not change, with each user’s request.
