Requirements Analysis:

• Verify the goals for the website from the outlook of the user and the business.
• Execute a competitive analysis.
• Achieve user interviews and surveys.

Conceptual Design:

• Perform a task analysis to find significant features.

Mockups / Prototypes:

• Estimate usability during focus groups, user tests, and walkthroughs.
• Rapidly create visual representations (mockups) or interactive representations (prototypes) of the site.

Production:

• Assess functionality through testing, superiority assurance, usability testing, and field testing.
• Use the evaluation results to improve the product.
