Touch Panel

Touch panel allows the users to identify and select the necessary command or option by in effect, moving the cursor to a certain location on the screen or tablet and sending signal to the computer, due to which it is called as pointing device.

Limited amount of data can be entered via a terminal or a microcomputer that has a touch panel (or touch screen). The user simply touches the screen at the desired locations, marked by labelled boxes, to “Point out” choices to the computer. The software determines the kinds of choices the user has.
